New Way Trucking is a trucking company that prides itself on efficiency and providing services in a timely manner. Their fleet management and dispatch team were facing the burden of lost truck keys without an idea of who took them last. An all-too-common scenario was a driver taking a truck key home in their pocket, delaying the next driver’s departure and leading to service failures. Solution

Once the management team and drivers became familiar with the system, the Keycafe key management system started producing desired results; no more lost keys or drivers standing around without access to a truck. Whenever the dispatch team had technical questions about the system, the Keycafe team was available to help and promptly solve issues. Around 350 employees directly benefit from using the system, each saving around an hour per month of previously lost time. Even more important is the increased rate of on-time deliveries without drivers racing against the clock because of delays.
